exercise breakdowns
This is a video library including a variety of different exercises for each muscle group with full breakdowns of each movement. Some exercises are on different styles of equipment (Ex. plate loaded hamstring curl vs the traditional pin loaded hamstring curl) but all breakdowns are universal to all machines. If you take the time to watch these videos I guarantee you that you will see and feel a difference in your training and physique.
