Programming

Programs are structured around individual goals, weaknesses, lagging areas, and other imbalances. Each program comes with one month of weekly updates to make sure everything is going as planned and to make adjustments if needed. Video “form checks” are also included (i.e. If you’re questioning your form during a set, you can send in videos of the sets to make sure form is on point).

NUTRITION

Nutrition plans are also designed specific to each client’s goals. You will first start off with a base plan structured around the information gathered from the Nutrition Questionnaire you will be asked to fill out. From there, check-ins will be as often as every day or as little as once a week depending on progress with the original plan or to make changes as needed. The main goals are not only to help you drop body fat so you can achieve your desired body weight but, to introduce you to healthy eating habits that you can maintain on your own.

TRAINING Programs offered

  • Muscle Gain- Focused on high intensity, low volume, and 100% or nothing effort. You will be pushed past your limits.

  • Fat Loss- Focused on reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle tissue through high intensity, high volume, full body functional movements.

  • Strength/Conditioning- Focused on gaining cardiovascular performance and overall functional strength.

  • Sport Specific- Focused on targeting and addressing an athletes weaknesses as well as increasing overall performance.

  • Special Populations- Focused on addressing the specific fitness needs of individuals afflicted by chronic or temporary health conditions.

  • Post Rehabilitation- Focused on the the process of restoring full function after injury or accident.

  • General Health- This program is for anyone who is trying to simply better their quality of life and regain previous function, mobility, and strength.
